District Ownership Plan at Work
Priority #2 Post-Secondary and Workforce Readiness (PWR): CCSD seeks to develop hard-working learners who are contributors, problem solvers, effective communicators, future-ready, and empowered with the skills necessary to meet and handle the challenges they will face in today’s world.

Center High School juniors are fully engaged in their Capstone projects, demonstrating their mastery of core subjects through meaningful, community-focused initiatives. This culminating project challenges students to apply the knowledge and skills they have developed throughout high school while positively impacting our community.

Mrs. Rounds, who leads all ICAP courses at the high school, plays a vital role in guiding students through the Capstone process. She supports them as they research, problem-solve, plan, and implement their projects, ensuring they develop critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving skills.
The ultimate goal of the Capstone project is for students to produce high-quality, original work that not only showcases their academic growth but also prepares them for future success in college, careers, and beyond. We look forward to seeing the innovative and impactful projects our students bring to life!
